Conditions of Entry and Rules and Regulations for the StarWalk

• Everyone must register to take part by filling in a Registration Form in advance. All entries will be processed in the order we receive them. NB: YOU CANNOT REGISTER ON THE NIGHT
• Places are limited, if you want to walk with friends please secure your places by sending in your entries together.
• All applicants enter entirely at their own risk and CancerCare will not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as part of their participation.
• A payment must be received with every entry. If paying for an individual by cheque, please put the walker's name on the back of the cheque and attach to the Registration Form. If a company, or one individual, is sending one cheque for a group of walkers, please attach a list of walkers to the cheque and send with the batch of Registration Forms. Please do not send cash in the post.
• Your registration fee covers all expenses, ie: Medal, Glow Stick, refreshments etc. It also secures your place and is not refundable.
• If you are unable to walk please let us know as soon as possible. You must not 'give' your place to anyone else, but you can ask us to transfer it.
• There is a minimum fundraising / sponsorship level of £40 per walker.

It is important that you return the sponsorship form we will send you. Please return along with the sponsor money by 1st July 2010 at the latest to:

• The StarWalk is not a race and no walkers are allowed to run or jog. You can power walk but no walker must pass the nominated lead walkers. You must be fit and well enough to take part in the event.
• We regret that dogs are not able to take part in the StarWalk.
